Students & Recent Graduates
We want to inspire the next generation of employees and future specialists in the industry. That is why we actively collaborate with schools and educational actors at several levels – from primary school to university – to show the opportunities in our industry and create pathways into working life.
Primary school
We offer study visits for all students in grade 8 in Fagersta, Norberg and Skinnskatteberg. An annual activity that both the company and the schools appreciate.
High school
We have a collaboration with the upper secondary school in Fagersta and especially Teknik College. We receive WBL students and offer study visits.
Universities and colleges
Every year, we visit a few career fairs and introduce ourselves to students and recent graduates. We want to show that Marcegaglia Fagersta Stainless is an exciting place to work, even for those who want to start their career in technology, production, sustainability or development.
